  • Does not process merchant payments
  • Does not control merchant inventory, pricing or shipping
  • Does not control merchant return, refund or warranty policies
  • Is not responsible for a merchant’s website availability or security
  • Is not responsible for the merchant’s products, services or representations

Any purchase or transaction is between you and the applicable merchant.
